Faust graduated in the University of the Philippines Diliman with a Certificate in Theatre Arts majoring in Performance and a B.A. in Theatre Arts majoring in Scenic/Production Design. He also trained in Set Design, Costume Construction and Digital Animation at the Central St. Martins, University of the Arts London in the United Kingdom; Technical Direction with The Japan Foundation; lighting programming with the grandMA Lighting Asia; and a Certificate in Managing Safely from the Institution of Occupational Health and Safety UK (IOSH) and United Kingdom Theatre Association. He is based in Hong Kong for the last decade designing for theatre, fashion and industry events. He won a Gawad Buhay Award (PHILSTAGE Awards for the Performing Arts) in Repertory Philippines’ production of Shakespeare’s Hamlet. Productions include Sandbox Collective’s Dani Girl (2014, 2015 & 2019) and The Imaginarium; Red Turnip Theater’s Rabbit Hole and The Nether; Dulaang UP's Shock Value, Teatro Porvenir, Measure for Measure and The Dressing Room; Resort World Manila’s Tenors of Rock and Annie. He designed the Atlantis Theatrical Entertainment Group (ATEG) productions of Disney’s Aida; Piaf; The Addams Family; Shrek; Jersey Boys; Kinky Boots (2017 BroadwayWorld Philippines Awards Best Scenic Design); Angels in America: Millennium Approaches; Beautiful: The Carole King Musical; and  the international premieres of The Bridges of Madison County and Fun Home; and the Asian premiere of Matilda.
